How to choose
The banner on your first visit lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or set preferences. Your choice is saved in this browser. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Rejecting or turning a category off reloads the page so those tools stop.
Essential
These are required. The banner cannot switch them off.
- Preview sign-in. While this website is still a private preview, one cookie remembers that you entered the password. It is not used for advertising.
- HERshop bag. The bag is stored in your browser’s local storage until you go to checkout. We do not receive it before then.
- This choice. Silktide’s consent manager stores your cookie decision in local storage on this browser.
- Checkout. Payment happens on the DiscovHER store at cms.discovherhealth.com. That store sets the cookies needed to finish the order and to take a card through Square. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Analytics
These load only if you allow analytics. They tell us which pages are useful. They are not used to sell your information.
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MKLWTXW3) loads the measurement tools below.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-5YF04NV86J), reached through that container. Later pages in the same visit are counted too.
- Google tag (GT-5R43NPD) points at that same Analytics property. Tag Manager sends the page views, so the tag is not loaded a second time. The Search Console site-verification line in the page code is not a cookie. It only proves we operate this site.
Advertising
These load only if you allow advertising. Google’s consent mode stays denied until you do.
- Google Ads (AW-17383507073), reached through Google Tag Manager, to measure ads for DiscovHER Health.
- Google AdSense (ca-pub-3041425922669213) to show ads. AdSense can use an advertising cookie to measure and personalize those ads.
Tools that run when you use a form or a video
- GoHighLevel (the form service at link.srvcsndr.com) powers the guide forms. It can set a cookie when you open or submit a form so the download can be emailed to you.
- YouTube plays podcast and webinar video. Embeds use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. YouTube may still set a cookie once you press play.
- Booking. Scheduling opens the clinic’s booking tool. That tool can set a cookie on its own site when you choose a time.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. Medical records are not stored in these cookies. Health information from a visit is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices, not here. The broader website rules are in the Privacy Policy.
