Payment Policy for DiscovHER Health

At DiscovHER Health, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience and maintain the quality of our specialized care, we have established the following payment policy:

1. Consultation Fees:


      • Initial In-Person Consults: $599 – Payment due in full at the time of booking.

      • Follow-Up In-Person Visits: $299.

      • New Client Virtual Consults: $399.

      • Follow-Up Virtual Visits: $249.

      • Specialty Treatment Consults (Procedures Only): $150 – Applicable towards purchased packages.

    2. Payment Terms:


        • Full payment for initial in-person consults is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

        • For other visits, payment is due at the time of the appointment.

        • We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, care credit, and cash.

      3. Cancellation and Appointment Changes:


          • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund.

          • Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50% fee.

        4. Refunds:


            • Refunds are provided for appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

            • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

          5. Specialty Treatment Consults:


              • Consultation fees for specialty treatments ($150) can be applied towards the cost of packages if purchased.
